Imperial Signals is operated by Imperial Pipeline Ltd. If the service is not right for you, request a full refund within 45 days of your order date and we will refund that payment. This applies to your first payment on a plan or add on, for any reason, including change of mind.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Account or from the billing portal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will look at it in good faith.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you paid with, or email us at support@imperialsignals.com and we will raise it with Paddle for you.

Signed in already? Use the refund request form — it sends the details straight to our support team and records the request against your account so you can track it.

Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle normally processes them within a few business days, and your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.
