Who you are contracting with
Imperial Signals is operated by Imperial Pipeline Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Imperial Signals ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you enter into an agreement with Imperial Pipeline Ltd on these terms. If you are signing up for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.
The service
Imperial Signals surfaces public signals about companies you choose to track and helps you draft outreach and RFP responses. It is a research and drafting aid, not legal, financial or investment advice.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One person, one account. By creating an account or completing a purchase you accept these terms.
Plans, billing and renewals
- Paid plans are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions in GBP, at the prices shown on Pricing. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then current price for your plan, until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Account or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part-used periods except where the refund policy applies.
- Upgrades and downgrades. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Add ons (such as Gov and RFP Intelligence) are billed alongside your base plan and follow the same renewal and cancellation rules.
- Usage limits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI generations and tracked companies. When an allowance is used up, those features pause until the next billing period or until you upgrade.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, our payment provider retries it. If it ultimately fails, your subscription may be downgraded or suspended.
- Price changes apply from your next renewal and we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before they take effect.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Refunds
We offer a 45 day money back guarantee on your first payment for a plan or add on. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.
Licence
While your subscription is active you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Imperial Signals within the plan you have chosen, for your own business. We retain ownership of the service, its software and its branding.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, resell, or bulk-export the service.
- Don't send spam or misleading outreach using drafts generated here.
- Don't upload confidential third-party data (that's not what the app is for).
AI-generated content
AI drafts can be wrong. You are responsible for what you send. RFP responses in particular: verify every factual claim, formatting requirement and compliance rule against the actual solicitation before submitting.

No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for outcomes of using AI-generated drafts.
Termination
You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from Account → Data & Privacy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated abuse of the service. If we terminate without cause we will refund the unused portion of your current period.
