The service
Imperial Signals surfaces public signals about companies you choose to track and helps you draft outreach and RFP responses. It is a research and drafting aid, not legal, financial or investment advice.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One person, one account.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, resell, or bulk-export the service.
- Don't send spam or misleading outreach using drafts generated here.
- Don't upload confidential third-party data (that's not what the app is for).
AI-generated content
AI drafts can be wrong. You are responsible for what you send. RFP responses in particular: verify every factual claim, formatting requirement and compliance rule against the actual solicitation before submitting.

No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for outcomes of using AI-generated drafts.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Data & Privacy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
